This study aims to determine the effect of using website-based multimedia in science learning on student learning outcomes. This study uses quantitative research in the form of true-experimental with a post-test only control design. The population of the study was fifth grade students of SD Negeri 94 Palembang with the objects of the study being students of class V.B as the experimental class and V.A as the control class. Hypothesis testing uses an independent sample t-test. Based on data analysis, it can be seen that there is a significant effect of using website-based multimedia in science lessons on student learning outcomes. This can be seen from the calculation of the t-test for science learning outcomes which obtained a Sig. (2-tailed) value of (0.004) ≤ α (0.05) and a t-count value of 3.107 ≥ t-table 2.012. Based on the decision criteria, H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted so that it is proven that the use of website-based multimedia in science learning has an effect on student learning outcomes.
