Pengaruh Latihan Beban Modifikasi Terhadap Hasil Forehand Lob Bulutangkis Pada Atlet Setia Jaya Badminton Club Palembang

In the world of sports, especially badminton, it has become a rapidly developing and very popular sport globally. The swift and significant growth of badminton has created a more competitive sports system with global competitions. People have contributed through systematic athlete development to support the world of badminton. Regarding athlete development, the techniques used in playing are also given considerable attention. In this thesis, the author investigates the development of the Forehand Lob stroke training using a modified method involving the use of sand-filled bottles. A pre-test and post-test will be conducted with the athletes from Setia Jaya Badminton Club before and after the treatment. It was found that modified weight training had an effect on the Forehand Lob results in the athletes of Setia Jaya Badminton Club Palembang. The t-test calculation results showed a significance value of 0.000, which is less than 0.05, thus the hypothesis is accepted
