Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka Pada Mata Pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di Kelas IV SDN 06 Palembang

The purpose of this study is to examine how the merdeka curriculum has been implemented in Indonesian language classes at SDN 06 Palembang's class IV and to identify the factors that encourage and hinder this implementation of the curriculum in Indonesian language instruction. Descriptive qualitative research is the methodology employed, and data is gathered through documentation, interviews, and observation. The class IV teachers, students, and the school principal served as informants for this study. The study's findings show that the merdeka curriculum's implementation in Indonesian language classes in class IV of SDN 06 Palembang has gone smoothly. The teacher attended training and skillfully developed learning resources throughout the planning phase. Learning activities have proceeded smoothly and in line with the teaching module throughout the implementation stage. The teacher then employs a variety of assessment methods, including diagnostic, formative, and summative assessments, for assessment or evaluation. Supporting the merdeka curriculum implementation are a number of stakeholders, including parents, education teachers, school principals, and students themselves, particularly when it comes to studying Indonesian language. Other than that, the infrastructure and services already in place are more than sufficient. The inability of the pupils to speak Indonesian fluently is the issue with applying the Merdeka curriculum to Indonesian language classes in SDN 06 Palembang's class IV.
