The experimental method is the PreExperiment Design type in the form of One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The population of this study was all 97 fourth grade students. The technique for collecting data used questionnaires, tests, and documentation. The instrument for measuring storytelling skills used a questionnaire sheet. The validity of the questionnaire instrument in testing used the Product Moment correlation formula and its reliability used the Cronbach's Alpha method. The data analysis technique used the t-test (Paired Sample T-Test). The average value of the experimental class Posttest was 77.1. The test results obtained 0.000 <0.05 tcount = 10.132 and ttable = 1.695, so it can be concluded that a significant effect was found on students' storytelling skills in Indonesian language learning for grade IV SDN 24 Palembang in the even semester of the 2023/2024 academic year.
